Terms of Service

Using Meetly

You may use Meetly to host and join video meetings. Using any Meetly feature, including joining meetings, requires an active Meetly Pro subscription. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Meetly for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
• Don't record people without their knowledge where consent is required. Meetly shows a recording indicator to everyone, but you are responsible for complying with recording laws.
• Don't try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service or other people's meetings.

Meetly Pro

• Meetly Pro costs €4.99 per month, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically each month.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial months unless required by law.
• If we change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance.

Your content

You own your meetings, chat messages, transcripts and summaries. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI features

Meetly AI generates content automatically and can make mistakes. Check important details, such as decisions, owners and dates, before relying on them.

Availability

We work hard to keep Meetly reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Meeting quality also depends on each participant's network and device.

Termination

You can stop using Meetly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Meetly is provided “as is” and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
